Summary:
Fresh, upscale remodel in a mountain modern motif, this 3 BR condo is a fantastic place to call home. Hot tub, garage, fireplace - wood provided.
The Space:
This brand new luxury remodeled condo is the perfect landing spot for your next mountain vacation! Refinished and furnished by a local designer, you can be sure that no detail has been forgotten. The open floor plan is wonderful for enjoying meals, games, movies or just catching up with friends and family. The fully stocked chef's kitchen has brand new appliances and an oversized natural stone island. The cozy living room has a wood burning fireplace, large smart TV and pull out couch. There is a large balcony off the living area with two Adirondack chairs, an electric grill and a fantastic view of Mt Crested Butte. Parking available for 3 vehicles-one inside the garage, two in the parking lot.
There are 3 bedrooms in this second story condo. The primary bedroom has a full ensuite bath, king size bed and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The brand new couch has a pullout bed. There is a shared full bath with shower across from the kitchen. A new full-sized washer and dryer in the condo help complete the space.
The outdoor hot tub and tennis courts are just a few steps away and are for guest use. The hot tub is one of the few open year round (including off-season). Tennis is of course also seasonal from Summer to Fall. A shared gas grill and changing room are also located by the hot tub.
The outdoor areas are well-kept and landscaped nicely. There is a one car garage below the unit to park or put your gear in as well as two additional parking spaces outside. The condo is a 5 minute ride on the free shuttle bus to the ski area. The shuttle stop is less than a minute walk from the condo unit. Once at the base area you can catch the "town shuttle" which will take you to the town of Crested Butte or walk right to the slopes.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
The free shuttle to the base area stops every 20 minutes in front of the Aspen building which is down below the Oak building. Use the stairs in the middle of the complex to access the hot tub or shuttle.
All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.
Guests that are 25 years or older are welcome. Guests under 25 are welcome with their parents or guardians.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit.
This property is not pet friendly. The owner does travel with their own dog.
Firewood for the fireplace provided.
The condo is equipped with high speed wifi.

Parking for Outrun Condominiums - Not more than three motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Out Run Condominiums for each condominium unit (rental or non-rental,) without the prior written permission of the Board of Directors. One must be parked in the garage and the other 2 can be in the parking lot in front of the Oak building (with a visible parking pass). No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of the Out Run Condominiums unless the same is in good working condition and used for actual transportation, and in no event may vehicles of any nature be parked in the parking area for more than two weeks continuously without the permission of the Board of Directors or Managing Agent. Following any substantial snowfall, all owners of motor vehicles shall, upon request, remove the same from the parking area during snow removal operations. Anyone having extra vehicles must check with the management office to determine where to park the extra vehicle. Non-compliance with any of the motor vehicle regulations may subject the offending vehicle to towing at the ownerâs expense. No trailer parking is available.
There is one garage space available for this condo and the door height is 82 inches.

The Neighborhood:
The Outrun Condos are located just north of the Three Seasons and Chateaux complexes. They have an outside community hot tub and all units have garages. You could walk to the base area in about 10 min but you can easily take the shuttle that stops just outside the Aspen bldg parking lot.
