Master Suite: Features a King bed and a massive en suite bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding soaking tub, and a separate shower.

King Room 2 & 3: Both feature King beds and share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom.

Queen Room: Includes two Queen beds, perfect for kids or friends.

Half Bath: A conveniently located half bathroom serves the main living areas.



Ultimate Game Room: Challenge your group to billiards on the professional pool table or high scores on the Big Buck Hunter arcade game. A large TV makes this the perfect spot for movie nights or game day.

Total Seclusion: Located at the end of a winding driveway, you won’t see any neighbors—just trees, mountains, and local wildlife like deer and elk.

Location: A 10 minute drive to the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, 25 minute drive to hiking trails at Mueller State Park, and 1.5 hour drive to world-class hiking near Pikes Peak.



Colorado Springs Airport is about a 1 hour drive; Denver International Airport is a 1.5 to 2 hour drive.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, garage, and hot tub. Entry is easy and contactless via a secure, personalized 4-digit access code.



Getting Around

The property is accessed via a steep and winding mountain driveway. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended, especially during the winter months, to ensure you can safely reach this private mountain peak.



Other Things to Note

Wildlife: You are in the heart of nature! Please admire wildlife from a distance and never leave food or trash outside. Pet Fee is $150 per pet (preferably dogs). Please ensure accurate pet counts at booking.



Hot Tub Path: The terrain between the house and the hot tub is a bit rocky; we recommend bringing sandals or flip-flops for the walk.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire single-level home, the game room, the hot tub, and a spacious garage with an EV charger- there is one locked closet. Entry is via a secure, personalized 4-digit access code.



The Neighborhood:

This home is truly secluded in the mountains. It sits atop a windy and slightly steep driveway so you can see the trees and mountains and no other neighbors. You cannot see the house from the street- look for the solar powered street numbers 1324 on the fence.

You are in the heart of nature! Please admire wildlife from a distance and never leave food or trash outside.



Getting Around:

You need 4WD or AWD to access the property in the winter. The home is up a slightly steep and winding driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that you are in the mountains of Colorado and you may see wildlife including but not limited to deer, elk, turkey, rabbits, bears, etc. Keep your distance and DO NOT feed the wildlife. Do not leave food or trash outside or in your car.

The hot tub is a little ways away from the house- please bring flip flops or sandals to walk to the hot tub.
