Some rentals are just somewhere to sleep. The “Sovereign” is a state of being, as much as it’s a place to be.
This 1980s vintage Airstream sits at the center of Asheville's most creative neighborhood — the River Arts District. Step outside and you're surrounded by natural beauty and a short walk from numerous local art studios, music venues, breweries, restaurants, and other attractions.
Step inside and you're in a cozy, moody little world of your own. The RV’s interior is vintage done right — natural textures, warm lighting, leather theatre-style reclining seats (the kind you sink into and don't want to leave) , a full-sized bed, and a smart TV for whenever you decide to stay in. The “Sovereign” is not huge. It was never meant to be. However, the magic is in how well every inch is utilized… it successfully achieves being cozy without being overly cramped! Everything has been chosen with intention: thoughtful details and natural textures with plants that make the aluminum walls vessel feel surprisingly alive. There’s a full-sized bed dressed for a good night's sleep.

PLEASE NOTE: The “Sovereign” has no indoor plumbing or cooking hardware inside the unit. But we’ve got you covered! Shared facilities (showers, bathrooms, and a kitchenette) are clean, newly remodeled, available 24/ 7, and conveniently steps away from each unit.
