None of the issues mentioned in your review were reported to us during your stay. Our communication with you included a request regarding pool access, but we did not receive any messages about the bathroom outlets, coffee maker, cleanliness concerns, bathtub, or bunk bed. Had we been made aware of these concerns, we would have been happy to send our team to inspect and address them during your stay. Our housekeeping report also documents the condition of the unit before your arrival, and some of the details mentioned do not match what was documented.
