No street parking available, so please park in the garage/ driveway. Only 1 vehicle permitted in the garage while the drive way can accommodate 3 regular size vehicles easily bringing total parking to 4.

If you happen to miss the house when approaching, no worries—you can easily go around the block and return.

To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for everyone, please review and follow our house rules:

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (no exceptions)

x No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere inside the home
x No parties or events
x No shoes inside the house - We kindly ask guests to remove shoes upon entry to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all.

x No commercial photography or filming
Commercial photography, videography, or filming of any kind is not permitted without prior written approval from the host.

* Security Cameras
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras are installed at the front and rear exterior of the home, as well as in the garage.
There are no cameras inside living spaces or bedrooms, and cameras are used strictly for security purposes.

* Quiet Hours:
Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.


* Parking
This is a no-parking street. Please park in the driveway only.

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation without refund, in accordance with the policies.
