Featuring a bright and airy open layout for the fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room, guests will be able to enjoy their time relaxing together. There is also plenty of counterspace, with a large island in the center. This gorgeous property includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, as well as a laundry room and garage. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a private master bathroom, and 2 large walk-in closets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the OFFICE INCLUDES A QUEEN-SIZE MURPHY BED THAT CAN EASILY BE CONVERTED INTO A THIRD BEDROOM, with all bedrooms getting plenty of natural light. This is a great setting for a remote work environment. The kitchen is well appointed with all amenities needed to create gourmet meals. Wi-Fi is included.

Membership for the golf course is transferred to the primary member of your group for the duration of your stay. This covers your greens fee and provides you with access to all available tee times 10 days in advance.

Two hybrid bicycles are provided for your use during your stay. Ask me about golf cart rentals. Golf carts are a great way to travel around Babcock Ranch. So much to see and experience.

For baseball fans, from mid-February to the end of March, this home is located 25 miles from the spring training home of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins in Fort Myers.

Your stay will also give you access to all amenities, including swimming pools, fresh produce markets, miles of paved walking and biking trails, pickleball and tennis courts, and nature preserves. Every Friday and Saturday night, guests can enjoy free open air concerts with local food trucks and adult beverages for sale at Founders Square.

Sanibel Island Beach is 40 miles away with Fort Myers Beach being 35 miles away. Retail stores and Publix are located just minutes away by car.
