Spacious and Spectacular, with GOLF & BICYCLES in Babcock National Golf & Country Club! This 1st Floor, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Bundled Golf Membership Condo offers guests a True Resort Lifestyle Experience. This Amenity-rich, gated, private golfing community offers many first class amenities along with all that the community of Babcock Ranch has to offer as well. This Bundled Golf membership condo offers an open and inviting living space.
The open-concept living room and large kitchen island are just adjacent to the dining area. The master suite boasts 2 closets, a King Size Bed, TV & an inviting bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen Bed with an adjoining bath right next door, perfect for guests. The Rear screened lanai overlooks the sparkling lake and the Spectacular Golf Course. For your convenience a full size washer & dryer are included right in the condo. Just across the hall from the condo, there is a storage closet which includes 2 Bicycles for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Located in beautiful Southwest Florida, Babcock National Golf & Country Club features an 18-hole course that provides an exciting golfing experience. Distinctive in character but consistent in quality, every hole was meticulously designed by Architect, Gordon Lewis. In addition to the golf course, Babcock National offers superb amenities such as a First-Class Clubhouse that includes a Bar, Fine Dining Restaurant, Card Rooms, Locker Rooms and more. There are Multiple Tennis & Pickleball Courts, A Resort Style Pool, Lap Lane Pool, Hot Tub / Spa and 3 additional satellite pools and Outdoor Grills throughout the community. Enjoy drinks and incredible food at the "Watershed" / Poolside Tiki Bar & Grill.
