All guests must be 18 years of age or older, and any minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
The building offers valet parking only, with no assigned or self-parking options. For a more affordable choice, nearby garage parking is available just a 5-minute walk away for $27 per day plus tax, with unlimited in-and-out access, subject to availability upon arrival.
Check-in: Starts at 3 PM and is available 24 hours, provided pre-registration is completed by 9 PM.
Check-out: Before 10 AM
A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM to allow sufficient time to prepare the unit for the next guest.
While amenities are generally available, temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, events, or weather conditions. These are managed by building administration and are outside the host’s control. Downtown Miami is a rapidly developing area, and nearby construction activity or occasional road closures may be visible.
