Built in 2020 the house includes luxury modern amenities like instant hot water, a/c in all rooms, house water filtration system (Sediment and Charcoal), house electric surge protection, and irrigation system.



Entering the house, you will find 2 spacious rooftop covered parking spaces with heat insulation to keep your vehicles dry and fresh in the tropical weather.



The open concept living area features comfortable seating, a 55" flat screen TV with HD Digital package, and easy access to the kitchen and terrace.



Whether you plan to cook for your family or just want to entertain a few guests, the stylish and spacious kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, with full-size stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large dining table and a large breakfast bar. Kitchen appliances include: Large fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler (kettle) and microwave.



Outdoor terrace features additional seating and outdoor dining space facing a tropical garden with palm trees that will make you fall in love with this place. 2 flush mount ceiling fans refresh the outdoor area. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, in-suite bathroom, 40" flat screen TV. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms sharing a full bathroom located in the corridor.
