No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up after your pet.

SHARC Pass Responsibility
All SHARC passes must be left inside the home in their designated location at check-out. Please note that missing or lost passes will result in a replacement fee of $100 per pass. Passes are property-specific and may not be taken home or transferred.

SHARC Passes
SHARC passes are provided for guest use and are located on the wall in the hallway near the master suite and laundry room. These passes grant access to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center, which includes pools, recreation facilities, and other select local amenities. Each pass is on a lanyard.
SHARC passes must remain with the home and should not be removed at checkout. Before departure, please return all passes to their designated location inside the home. These passes are costly to replace and are the responsibility of the homeowner.

Accessibility
Please note that steps are required to access the home.

Thermostat Use
The thermostat is located near the kitchen. During winter, please do not set it below 60°F, and during summer, avoid setting it below 68°F.

Furniture Use
Use caution when operating the living room recliners to prevent damage to the walls.

Hot Tub
The hot tub padlock key is located inside the house. Please rinse off before entering the hot tub to help maintain water quality.

Kayaks & Boating Regulations
If using the provided kayaks, guests must clean them before returning them to the garage. Kayaks over 10 feet require a valid boater’s permit under Oregon state law. Life jackets are not provided. Guests are responsible for proper storage and cleanup after use.
