The Carriage house is located just one block off of Conant Street in the heart of uptown Maumee. You cannot get a better location. Directly across from the Maumee Elks and a short walk to bars, coffee, restaurants, ice cream & so much more!

Guests will have use of the attached garage for convenient parking. Overflow parking is available in the parking spaces in front of the home or on the left side of our driveway in front of the garage.

Since this is a Carriage House, guests will use stairs to get to the space which is above the garage.

This 2 bedroom is about 800sf and was renovated only
a couple years ago. It is outfitted with a nautical flare featuring 2 Broyhill couches in the living room as well as a coffee table that opens to allow for an additional eating space or work desk.

There is a 55 inch TCL Smart TV. Feel free to use our Sling account which is similar to basic cable OR log into your own streaming accounts to stream your favorites. The living area has a ceiling fan.

Also in the main area is a computer desk and chair as well as a dining area w/ seating for 4.

The ample sized kitchen has new white cabinets with cute Anchor pulls as well as a stylish blue Hexagon backsplash. There are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including: Side by side with freezer underneath refrigerator. We have a Brita pitcher in the fridge for guests use. Theres also a ceramic cooktop electric stove and an over the range microwave. This property also has a dishwasher and a stackable washer and dryer free for guests use.

The bathroom features a tub/shower combo & a medicine cabinet. Toilet paper and toilitries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, etc are provided.

The two bedrooms are adjacent to eachother. The primary bedroom #1 has a King sized bed w/ high end memory foam mattress. End table w/ lamp and charger portal as well as a foot bench. There is a small chest of drawers and a 43 inch Smart TV. Rounding out this bedroom are sets of blackout curtains for our guests ultimate rest. Also a robe, hangers & extra sheets/blankets.

Bedroom #2 features a Queen bed with a similar memory foam mattress. It should be noted that both mattresses are on the firmer side. This bedroom also has an end table w/ a lamp, small chest of drawers and a 43 inch Smart TV. Closet w/ robe & additional blanket if needed. This bedroom also has black out curtains.

Our linens and blankets are freshly washed. Both bedrooms have carpet.


Toledo Museum of Art, Toledo Zoo, Stranahan Theatre, Glass City Center & more are about a 10 min drive away.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts the laundry & dishwasher since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.

Since VRBO discourages communication outside of the platform we ask that our personal cell phones are used for emergency purposes only.
