Shortly after the turn, youâll cross an active single-lane railroad crossing on an uphill grade. There are no lights or arms and limited visibilityâplease proceed slowly and yield to oncoming traffic.
Neighborhood
The home is located in a peaceful mountain setting near the Grizzly Bear Experience, offering serenity, scenery, and a true Montana feel. While there are two neighbors visible from the home, the large lots and undulating landscape provide privacy. Enjoy quiet surroundings, wildlife sightings, and easy access to outdoor recreation while still being within driving distance of Bozemanâs dining, shopping, and cultural attractions.

Free parking is available on-site. A vehicle is required to access the property and explore the area.
