I am always available through the app! I live about 20 minutes away so in most cases can get over there to help out if needed quickly.

Centrally located, super easy and quick to get to downtown, restaurants, major shopping centers and highway 198. The hospital is within walking distance too! We are also about a 2 hour drive to Sequoia National Park, where you can visit the Giant Sequoia Trees. Additionally it takes about 2 and a half hours to drive to the Central Coast, where you can lounge on the beautiful beaches!

The entire home is yours for use along with the driveway, alley parking and backyard. We also provide use of the small storage room attached to the garage. We will provide you with a code if you would like to utilize this. It's a perfect place to store your bins, suitcases, bikes, workout gear or even kayaks! We use the back portion for our owner storage. Occasionally we access it through the alley. We will never disturb you!

Welcome to "The 1923 on Myrtle"! We absolutely adore this beautiful, VERY comfortable and centrally located 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. This home offers all of the amenities to help you feel right at home including brand new central heating and air with a nest thermostat, fast high speed internet and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need including most smaller appliances, a Ninja brand coffee maker that brews pods or a pot of coffee. From pots and pans to utensils and appliances, you'll find it all here.

Our beauty offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds and nightstands and 2 full bathrooms. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedrooms also have walk in closets, full length mirrors, benches and dressers for your use. Plenty of room to store your personal items! Both bedrooms also have brand new smart TV's. The dining room features a table and chairs, stools for the counter, a sitting area and a desk and chair. The living room is my personal favorite with a huge super comfy couch!

The backyard is huge, fully landscaped with fluffy grass and fenced. There is a smaller garage area that is available for your use too. It's perfect for bikes, bins, suitcases or even kayaks if you are adventurous! We have a table and 4 chairs outside as well as a BBQ for you to grill out there. The neighbors oak tree shades the yard in the evening, making it a great place to be.

All of this is located within walking distance to downtown Visalia. You'll have easy access to the city's vibrant restaurants, shops and attractions. Plus with Kaweah Health Hospital just 0.3 miles away, within walking distance, this home is ideal for medical professionals or those visiting loved ones in the hospital.
