Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located in downtown Visaliaâs Historic District. Walk to Visaliaâs best restaurants and activities.
Inside this 1902 Victorian home, you will have an open living room and dining room. The master bedroom has its own attached bathroom with shower. The other two guest rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo and indoor laundry. The living room has a smart TV and the kitchen is well stocked to enjoy meals at home.
Sip your morning coffee in the private backyard surrounded by fruit trees. Make smores in the wood burning fire pit or relax in the shaded hammocks. Enjoy watching passersby from the rocking chairs on the large front porch. Gather around the large dining table as you spin tunes on the record player. So many things to make you feel at home.
Charming, well-organized house filled with many kitchen and bathroom amenities! Within walking distance to a coffee and donut shop. Near 2 great Mexican restaurants. The dogs absolutely loved the backyard! Would definitely stay there again!
We loved the charm of the house. It was walking distance to dinner and Starbucks!!! The Main Street was so fun to walk up and down!!! Would definitely stay again!!!
perfect location for a hiking trip to Sequoia National Park If
if you don't want the remote camping vibe.... this is a great location, great outdoor space and walking distance to alot of restaurants and coffee shops.
Thus was a great place to stay halfway between Sacramento and Los Angeles. The place was very clean and inviting. The house was very well stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
This home was perfect! Our dog loved running around in the yard and we enjoyed sitting outside. We asked for a late checkout due to lazy teenagers and the owner quickly replied and accommodated our request.
Very cute home in the historic district. Great architecture with original woodwork. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when in the area.
This was a nice place to stay. We located a date of, I believe, 1902âvery nice upgrades for the flooring and en suite. We were very comfortable in this open space home with a large dining area and table as well. The home is located on the corner of a main road, and we only noticed the noise of morning traffic. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved staying at this beautiful home! This historic home has such a perfect layout and is so open and comfortable with itâs extra tall ceilings and extra large dining and living room and bedrooms off on the side it is just a fabulous stay and feel. The yards are perfection in a sweet neighborhood.
This house was clean and well-arranged. It was accurately described. Necessities were there plus some nice bonuses- hot chocolate/coffee maker was great. It was a comfortable stay. Train horn sounding in the morning wasnât great and other loud sounds surrounding the house, but not in the owners control. Overall, great stay.
This is a great location to visit with friends and family. Very centrally located and nice fenced in yard. We will stay here again if staying in the area. Love the vintage touch with the house.
I had a conference in Visalia and opted for this rental instead of a hotel. I'm so glad we did! I was able to bring our dogs who enjoyed the fenced front and back yard. The house was historic with great updates. The check in process was seamless.
