Vacation Rental Regulations: Please be mindful that strict ordinances govern vacation rentals in Tahoe. This home is not to be used for parties, weddings, or receptions. The maximum occupancy is 6 people and two cars, strictly enforced 24/7. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise may result in fines of up to $2,000 and potential eviction. Additionally, smoking is prohibited on the premises.

Parking: There is free parking available for up to two vehicles.

Age Requirement: To book this property, guests must be at least 25 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation, in compliance with local laws and HOA requirements.
