As you step through the front door, you’ll enter the inviting living room— a comfortable gathering space with plush seating, a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and a collection of games perfect for relaxed evenings together after a day of exploring the mountains or town.

To the left of the living room, a hallway leads to two guest bedrooms. One bedroom offers two full-size beds, ideal for families or friends, while the second bedroom features a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located just across the hall.

Just around the corner, you’ll find a small workout area equipped with a stationary bike, yoga mat, and weights— perfect for keeping up your routine while away. The washer and dryer are located in a nearby closet, and access to the two-car garage is close by for easy arrivals and departures.

Back in the living room, a short flight of stairs leads up to the open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking at home. The open layout makes it easy to stay connected with your group while preparing meals.

Beyond the kitchen is a cozy office nook with a working desk, ideal for remote work or quiet moments, along with a second gas fireplace that adds warmth and comfort to the space. Step outside and up to the deck, where you’ll find a grill, a fire pit, and lounge chairs to enjoy the peaceful outdoors.
