When it's time to depart, check-out is at 10:00 am, allowing our team ample time to prepare for the next guests.

Please note: The pool is heated to 85 degrees, if you would like the spa heated, spa heating is $75/day and guests only get the code if they pay. The spa can be heated to 104, the pool heating can not be adjusted above 85 degrees. Guests are not allowed to adjust the pool heat. If pool heat is turned up you will be billed at a rate of $50.00 per day extra! Guests should only turn the spa on and off and turn on the pool lights and adjust pool light settings.



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
