This is a private casita located in the backyard of the primary home, fully separated by a privacy fence for a comfortable and independent stay. The casita has its own private entrance and includes a cozy sleeping area, seating area, dedicated desk, stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave. It’s ideal for guests who want a quiet place to relax while being close to everything Tempe has to offer.



Please note: there is no laundry access on-site.



Guest Access:

Guests have a private entrance to the casita. The driveway is shared with the main house, but there are no shared living spaces. Once inside the casita, the space is entirely yours.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a central Tempe neighborhood close to Arizona State University, Mill Avenue, and downtown Tempe, and the Phoenix airport. You’ll be just minutes from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, campus events, and local entertainment, while still staying in a quieter residential area.

The casita is conveniently located a short drive or bike ride to ASU and Mill Avenue. Downtown Tempe, Tempe Town Lake, and Old Town Scottsdale are nearby, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is approximately 10–15 minutes away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.
