This HUGE spacious home has plenty of room for groups. The home features 4 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms, plus 2 outdoor balconies one with a dining area, perfect for an outdoor dinner night. The other, rooftop, perfect for mingling with incredible views of Downtown Nashville. The home is centrally located and a short $8-10 Uber to Broadway, The Gulch, Nissan Stadium, and Vandy. Walking distance to Avo, Pastaria, SandBar.



The Space:

Each of our large 4 bedrooms feature luxury memory foam mattresses ranging from twin to king. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. There are additional sleeping throughout this exceptionally large townhome. All bed linens, towels, pillows, etc., are provided.



Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. Your group will absolutely love the huge kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances. The endless counter space and multitude of cabinets and drawers ensure plenty of space. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

Our home comes with 2 parking spots in the garage for parking along w/ ample street parking. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are very cheap options to get to wherever you'd like to go.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We are very close to Downtown Nashville, Broadway (Honky Tonks!), Bridgestone Arena, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, East Nashville, Demonbreun St., Division St., Nissan Stadium, Music Row, the Music City Center, Frist Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and all other Middle TN hotspots!!
