Discover our family-run holiday home "Alpenrose" in the idyllic mountain village of NesselwÀngle, situated at an altitude of 1147 metres in the picturesque Tannheimer Tal. If you are looking for a breathtaking view of the summit and appreciate the peace and quiet of the Tyrolean mountains, our holiday flat on the second floor is the perfect retreat for relaxation. Situated in the heart of the village centre, yet in a pleasantly quiet location, the holiday flat offers the perfect base to revitalise body and soul in the impressive natural scenery of the valley.
The "Alpenrose" holiday flat is equipped with every comfort to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The modern interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle, while a washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee) are available for communal use in the building for your laundry. In addition to the functional facilities, the flat also offers a fascinating view over the village and the surrounding mountain landscape thanks to its top-floor location.
The outdoor area of the house impresses with plenty of car parking spaces in front of the door and a charging station for electric cars, which is available to our ecologically conscious guests. The garden, intended for communal use, also invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. However, the property is not fenced in, which allows you to seamlessly transition into the surrounding nature.
The surrounding area of NesselwÀngle has something for everyone: The lake 2600 metres away is perfect for swimming. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy the cross-country ski trails 100 metres away, the ski slope and mountain/cable car also 700 metres away and a ski school. There is also a ski bus that stops just 100 metres from the house. For your daily needs, you will find a grocery store just 300 metres away.
