Amazing view and amazing cottage.

This cottage was clean and comfortable for our family of three generations. We all loved the amazing view of the Mackinac Bridge. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had a great layout with a main floor bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs. The location was convenient to everything. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Host was very courteous, helpful and responsive when needed. Very nice view of the Bridge from the deck, both morning and evening. Could hear the 'bang' of the cannon from across the strait coming from Fort Mackinac which was cool. House was very clean at arrival and there was plenty of items within the kitchen to assist with making meals for the large group we had staying.

This cottage has an amazing view of the Mackinac Bridge! The cottage was very clean and comfortable for our group of five adults and two young children. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very nice. The location was convenient to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet. The host was very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. We didn't cook at the house, but the kitchen seemed to be very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful view of the bridge. Great location. Quiet location. Two full bathrooms were nice. Deck out back was very nice. Gas fire pit. Kitchen and dinning room were very nice. Furnishings - beds and furniture were in very good condition. Home was modern and up to date. Host was very pleasant and helpful. We would stay there again if we are in the area.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! I will be back for sure.

My stay at the mighty Mac cottage was absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed my view of the bridge throughout the day while having my coffee and such. The kitchen was very nice and had everything I needed. The living room was cozy and comfortable for watching TV and still be able to look out the nice bay window to see the bridge. The bathrooms were wonderful nicely, clean and fully adequate. The bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable. I really slept very well while I was there. I really enjoyed that It was so close to St. Ignace. I really look forward to my next stay.

Peaceful, Relaxing with a Beautiful View of the Mackinac Bridge.

Beautiful home, very quiet and peaceful setting. The view’s of the Mackinac Bridge is a sight to see that never got old! Absolutely Breathtaking Views! The kitchen is set up comfortably for meal prep, cooking, and gathering. The living room is also comfortable and inviting for movie time. Loved the coffee bar! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, clean and fully functional for space and comfort. My family fully enjoyed our stay and we will be booking again soon.

Our stay at the Mighty Mac Cape Cottage was amazing!

Our stay at the Mighty Mac Cape Cottage was absolutely incredible! The views of the Mackinac Bridge and the Straits were breathtaking from morning to night, and the home itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. There was more than enough space for our group to spread out comfortably, yet it still felt warm and inviting. The location was perfect — private and peaceful while still being close to everything in St. Ignace and Mackinaw City. We loved sitting outside with coffee in the morning watching the freighters and ending the evenings taking in the lights of the bridge. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable, and every detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were fantastic with communication and made check-in and check-out effortless. You can tell they truly care about their guests having an amazing experience. This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we are already talking about coming back again next year. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway in northern Michigan!

This house is so adorable! It was decorated so nice and the house was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils etc. There were plenty of towels for our party. They have thought of everything -extra blowup mattresses, pack and play and highchair for little ones. And the adorable loft with kids size furniture, and books and games for the family. Plenty of space for eating and sitting. And of course, nothing beats the view of the Mackinac Bridge. Daytime and nighttime the views were fabulous. The location is great -very easy to get to and not far from downtown. Thank you so much for use of your property. We had a great time!

I’m originally from the lower peninsula but spent my summers and winter breaks at my grandparents parents on lake Gogebic near the Keenan peninsula. I loved winter yet and all the wi feta and adventure that came with it. I moved south to FL then GA after high school and raised my family there. 38 years later I decided to buy a place I could bring my children and grandchildren to enjoy all the adventures of my childhood. Since we cannot live there full time I want to share it with others so they can experience the amazement and beauty of the bridge and local attractions like we do.

The bridge views, the scenic location and ease of walking to the lakeshore, nature trails and private location yet only 4 min from downtown St. Ignace and the ferry docs to easily visit Mackinaw Island.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My home sits on a private bluff overlooking the straits of Mackinaw and the magnificent Mighty Mac. You can see the northern lights over the bridge at certain time of the year which is incredible.
