Nous vous invitons à rester dans notre appartement d'une chambre avec un espace de vie ouvert et spacieux. Ceci est une fumée et sans animaux maison très propre, sans cannabis autorisée partout sur la propriété. L'entrée est privé depuis le porche de notre maison. Cette suite d'appartements, située juste à l'ouest de City Park, au nord du parc Chessman et des jardins botaniques et à environ 1,6 km à l'est du centre-ville, peut accueillir jusqu'à deux personnes, dont un lit queen, une salle de bain complète .

Cet appartement de 900 pieds carrés a été récemment rénové et offre un salon confortable. Profitez de notre rue bordée d'arbres et regarder les gens sur le porche dans nos chaises en osier ou causeuse.

Cet appartement est l'endroit idéal Denver. Au centre de tout, vous pouvez marcher un mile dans toutes les directions et de rejoindre les attractions Major Denver. Notre maison est dans un quartier calme bordée d'arbres. Il est à seulement deux portes de Restaurant Row, qui est l'un des plus rapide croissance de Denver, des destinations les plus branchées. Dans un bloc de la maison, il y a sept restaurants, une boulangerie, un pub, un café et un restaurant de restauration rapide, et un 7-11. Christmas in Denver

Our sons live in Denver. When I rented this apt, I thought we might spend Christmas Day here! After I rented It both of our sons became homeowners. Needless to say we spent Christmas at their homes despite the fact that neither has a dining room table. We did enjoy this cozy nest and recommend it to anyone. I can't comment too much about the area because we were driving a lot but I can say that there is an "Escape Room" adventure right around the corner which was enjoyable even though we didn't "escape." This is a warm place when it is cold out. The shower has great water pressure and HOT water. The beds are extremely comfy as are the pillows. Everything that you need is supplied; the owners even left us a little Christmas tree!

Great Value

The apartment was really charming with wood floors, fireplace, updated decor and very comfy beds and linens. The beds are open to each other and separated from the living room/dining room with a screen, so if you are looking for private sleeping arrangements this would not be a good fit. We didn't find this a problem and loved the open, large feel of the apartment as compared to a hotel room that is typically twice the price. The front porch was also a great place to sit and take in the sun and the cute neighborhood. There were multiple restaurants close by and one inparticular called Patxi's Pizza was a really charming restaurant that had awesome gluten free pizza. Downtown Denver is a 2-3 miles away - so a quick drive. The only complaint is the bathroom door did not close without putting something up against it. If you are looking for more of a neighborhood experience and much more room than a typical hotel for a great price then this is a good choice.

Fantastic little apartment; perfect for 1-2 looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood in the city. Conveniently located to bars, restaurants, and parks. Well equipped and super clean; hosts are fabulous! Highly recommended.

Great location, clean and comfortable

The location was perfect - nice restaurants around the corner, close the City Park, the zoo, Cheeseman Park and Botanical gardens. I read the reviews on linens - why not buy your own instead of rent? I paid $50 for the parking in back but there was pretty much always free on-street parking out front so I only used it a few times instead of parking further away. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The fireplace isn’t functional. Great hot water and pressure. The bed is comfortable. There is a minimum of kitchenware, but I don’t cook or entertain. The coin laundry in the basement is clean and not creepy given that the house is old. I would definitely stay here again. Juve made sure that there were no problems during my stay.

Clean and Quiet Studio

Overall a great stay! I stayed here about 2 months while travel nursing. Very clean property. The kitchen had basics to make meals at home. It is an old house so you can hear guests coming and going up the stairs. I worked nightshift and I sleep during the day and it was very quiet. Noise was never an issue. The owner is always available should an problems arise! Uber’s/Lyfts are cheap to downtown. The area around this place is very walkable with restraunts and bars close by. My only complaint was I was sent the wrong info regarding parking and linens before I booked and then again sent the wrong lease once I booked. I wasn’t informed until the night before my check in that it would be additional fees for both parking and linens per month since I wasn’t paying “summer rates”. I still had to pay them even though I was sent all the wrong info. After that my stay was still great, and I still recommend staying here!

Great space, perfect location

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed our experience a lot. The size of the property is quite large and they offer a variety of useful amenities. The beds were super comfy I loved them! The location was perfect and parking was never an issue. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

This was a cute property and short Uber ride away from downtown. I loved the small touches (an abundance of chocolate!) that really made me feel welcome. The neighborhood is cute and some great restaurants are within walking distance. If I ever find myself in Denver again, I would definitely try to stay here first!

We loved the location of this rental- very near everything in the downtown area.

This property is an older home but very clean, in a great location, with lots of restaurants and parks within walking distance & on site parking. We would have loved to have had a better equipped kitchen as our family loves to cook together but we worked with what we had. The bathroom is very, very compact, but again we made that work. The owner was very kind in letting us extend our stay when our plans changed at the last minute which we very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property .

Comfortable, Stylish, Convenient

The property was just as described. The owners were very available to answer any questions and committed to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The home is very convenient to many attractions and wonderful restaurants. We were pleased with the how clean and neatly decorated the home was. Would stay again any time in Denver. Top notch!

Very good

Location perfect. Accommodations had everything we needed. It was clean and neat. We were there for two weeks and since we have relatives in Denver we would be very interested in another stay. Enjoyed meeting and talking to Juve!

Awesome rental

The apartment was very cozy and had all of the essentials we needed for our short stay. The location was the highlight of the apartment as we were able to walk to many restaurants for dinner. All of the activities in Denver were either walking distance away or a very short drive. Thank you so much for opening your apartment to us. we enjoyed the chocolates and the comfortable beds. Hope to visit again in summer.

Brief Stay in Busy Denver

We were looking for a place near downtown, but within an active neighborhood...close to downtown, yet with its own character, nearby amenities of restaurants, stores, activities. Our stay here was quite satisfactory; clean, well thought out for a traveler, with upscale amenities. Our host was responsive; both before we arrived, and during our stay. She was very quick to help solve a very slight issue we had during our stay. Very professional in her manner. We would highly recommend this site! R&R

Perfect Location, Luxurious

What a wonderful find, in the heart of Denver! The location is top notch, close to Downtown, but in a cute neighborhood with great eateries and coffee shops. We rented a car and had no problem finding parking. Parking was available in the alley, but we preferred to park in front of the house, on the street. The apartment itself was decorated really nice with a comfortable leather couch and luxurious beds. We ended up eating out for every meal, but did enjoy the coffee, wine, and chocolate treats that the owner left for us. What a great deal, compared to what you receive in a hotel!

Decent Stay in Denver

We were driving in from Fort Collins and a GPS or map app on a smart phone was necessary to find the property. There was little if any parking to be had on the street in front of the rental; while it was in the property description, parking on the street is problematic at best because the property is very close to "Restaurant Row" on E. 17th, which has many excellent and popular eateries, pubs and restaurants, all with practically no parking of their own. There WAS, fortunately, three private parking spots behind the property in the alley. The reserved parking was easily available, though you do have to be careful in backing our if someone else is coming through the alley. However, future renovations may mean that in times of full rentals in the future, parking MAY become a problem, even with the reserved slots in back. The property itself was clean and fairly recently renovated from the looks of things. It IS in an older house, so the floors tend to creak. The bathroom, while it has a new toilet, fixtures and sink, is tiny. The bathroom window latch wasn't doing its job while we were there, so whenever the door was opened or closed, the window would pop open. Not wanting someone in the apartment while we were out doing repairs, we simply used some tape to keep it closed during our stay. The soaps and shampoos supplied were excellent, some of the best I've had at a rental. The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove, standard refrigerator and a good collection of glassware, plates, silverware and utensils. There is also a toaster and a microwave oven; a coffee maker was there, but it took a few tries to figure out whether or not to use paper filters rather than the included basket filter (use the basket; it's a mess to clean up, but the paper ones don't work correctly) and whether or not to screw in the carafe top (YES). Previous renters have left some coffee there as of mid-September, 2015. Otherwise, you can get coffee at a nearby Safeways store. The bedroom has two queen mattresses, though one is less tall than the other. both were comfortable, with numerous pillows supplied. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, however. The TV in the living room is of good quality and numerous channels are available. The couch is comfortable, but the chair badly needs new pillows; they're pretty slim and uncomfortable. Our main complaint during our stay was the renovations going on late into the night and lots of talking by workers, even after 11 PM.

A Sweet Stay in a Great Location

Jeanne and Juve's place was a great place to stay. The location was perfect for us, the place was clean and sophisticated. All the info and little extras made it a nice stay, too. One major plus....the beds were ultra comfortable!!! I chatted with Juve several times and he was so nice. One problem was noise. With renovations it was a little noisy, but understandable. The sounds coming through the walls from other units and neighbors was a pain. All in all, the pluses outweighed any negatives and I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks Jeanne and Juve!

Uptown Denver Apartment

This was the second time that we have stayed at Jeanne's house and this was just as wonderful as the first. Great location, very quiet at night, very comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, easy parking. This trip was a last-minute decision and Jeanne was so accommodating and easy to work with. We visit Denver often and this will be the first listing that we check for availability for future trips!

Great apartment for couples.

The apartment was just the right size for a couple. Quite comfortable. A very comfortable bed caused us to sleep in almost every morning. Not a complaint. It was great having so many excellent restaurants a short stroll away. We even walked downtown and back one day. We would definitely stay here again.
