This studio for short-term rental is located in the Barra neighborhood of Salvador. The apartment features a functional kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, and a two-burner ceramic cooktop, along with a set of cookware for meal preparation. For added convenience during the stay, there is also a floor drying rack for clothes, an electric iron, and an ironing board.

The bathroom includes an exhaust fan, electric shower, hygienic shower, and hair dryer. In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a 44" smart TV, blackout curtains, and a full-length mirror, ensuring comfort and practicality. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, providing a pleasant space to relax.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
