The Space:

Thoughtfully restored for easy, open-plan living, the villa blends contemporary architecture with traditional Puglian materials. At its heart is a striking marble-clad kitchen designed for cooking and gathering, with a serving window that connects directly to the shaded outdoor dining pergola.



Large sliding doors open the living room fully to the outdoors, creating a seamless flow between interior spaces, the terrace, and the swimming pool. The home features three carefully designed bedrooms and two bathrooms, finished with Italian marble, artful mirrors, soft natural tones, and contemporary furnishings. The 40-square-meter pool sits just beyond the dining area, while the enclosed garden—framed by traditional dry-stone walls—offers privacy and a sense of seclusion.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor living spaces, the swimming pool, outdoor dining areas, and the enclosed garden. The property is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Sessana is located just four kilometers from Ostuni, the UNESCO-listed “White City,” known for its whitewashed streets, Gothic cathedral, and lively historic center filled with bars and restaurants.



Puglia’s varied coastline is easily reached from here, with both sandy and rocky beaches nearby. Highlights include the protected marine reserve of Torre Guaceto, the beaches and fishing harbors of Costa Merlata and Savelletri, and the dramatic cliffside town of Polignano a Mare further along the Adriatic coast. Inland, charming towns such as Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, and Grottaglie offer markets, ceramics, architecture, and regional cuisine.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of the region and explore nearby towns, countryside, and coastline with ease. Ostuni is a short drive away, and beaches and hill towns are easily reachable by car.
