Bashful Coyote is a beautifully maintained, single-level Tuscan-style home located in the desirable Sonoma Ranch area of Las Cruces. Designed for comfort, functionality, and relaxed indoor–outdoor living, the home offers generous space, custom finishes, and lovely views of the Organ Mountains.

Tile flooring flows throughout the main living areas, with carpeted bedrooms for added comfort. High ceilings, abundant natural light, and large picture windows create an open, welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.

Primary Suite
King bed with luxury bedding, seating area, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and direct access to the back patio. Enjoy views of the landscaped backyard and Organ Mountains. The en suite bathroom features a dual-sink granite vanity, custom tiled walk-in shower, jetted soaking tub, private toilet room, and a spacious walk-in closet with built-ins.

Guest Bedroom One
Full bed with trundle, Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, and west-facing window with beautiful natural light. This bedroom is serviced by a full bathroom with hallway access.

Guest Bedroom Two
Queen bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, and additional storage. Convenient access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and generous counter space.

Location & Area
Located in the Sonoma Ranch area, guests enjoy walkable access to golf and dining and convenient driving access to hiking in the Organ Mountains, Dripping Springs, Old Mesilla, and White Sands National Park.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area, though nearby golf and dining are easily accessed on foot.

House Notes
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No pets. No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Trash and recycling bins are located on the north side of the home near the garage (brown bin for trash, blue bin for recycling). Fireplace ashes must be placed in the ash bucket only and will be disposed of by our team after departure.

Security Cameras: This property has exterior security cameras installed for safety purposes only. A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry, and an additional exterior camera is positioned above the garage, facing the driveway and street. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor living areas.

Occupancy- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Guests include all persons over the age of 2, including children. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles. Parking is permitted in the garage and driveway only. No street parking at any time.

Garage Access: The two-car garage is available for guest use for the duration of the stay. Garage access is from inside the home only. Garage remotes and exterior keypad codes are not provided.

Fire Features
The indoor gas fireplace is guest-operable and intended for ambiance only.
The outdoor fire table is for warmth and ambiance only and may not be used for cooking.
The outdoor wood-burning fireplace may be used responsibly. Use the ash bucket only for ash disposal. Do not place ashes in household or city trash cans. Do not start a fire in the outdoor fireplace on your day of departure.
Ashes will be safely disposed of by our team after checkout.

Food Policy: No food is permitted in the bedrooms. Please enjoy meals and snacks in the kitchen, dining, or living areas.
