đ Located on the third floor (accessible by both elevator and stairs), this vacation home combines comfort, functionality, and modern designâperfect for families or groups of friends.

đœïž The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly connected to the dining and living area, creating a warm and functional space to gather and relax.
đș The living room features a 55â Smart TV and opens up to a large private terrace with open views of tropical treetops and the golf courseâideal for morning coffee or a sunset drink.
đ The condo features 2 suite-style bedrooms:
Master bedroom: King-size bed, Smart TV, large closet, private bathroom, and window with garden view.
Second bedroom: 2 queen-size beds, walk-in closet, full bathroom, Smart TVâperfect for children, teens, or two couples.
đïž For larger groups, the living room includes a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests.

We love being just an 10-minute walk from the ocean and all central activities such as restaurants, bars, shops, dolphin encounters, and golf. However, we can still enjoy our own space of peace and tranquility within our condominium. All major points of interest and activities are within a short drive. There is more than enough to do right in Puerto Aventuras, so you would never have to leave the town.
Other Things to Note:
We are the team at Mayan Getaways, passionate about travel. We started this project in 2020, and it has since become our true passion. Over the past 4 years, weâve had the pleasure of hosting guests from around the world in our units, and we absolutely love it!
Our dedication and effort have earned us Super Host status for 3 consecutive years.
We can also help you organize airport transfers for an additional fee, car rentals (to avoid long waits at the airport), and golf cart rentals to enhance your experience. :)
*Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur while using areas such as the pool, navigation channel and/or gym.*
Interaction with Guests:
One of our hosts will provide you with the arrival instructions. We will send you the door code on the day of your arrival. All the information you need to access the property will be provided to you before your arrival. You will enjoy complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.
*Loss of keys will incur a cost of 900 Mexican pesos.*
