Ce condominium est dans le développement de l'océan de Chac Hal Al Puerto Aventuras. Chac Hal Al Condominiums avons le meilleur emplacement de la plage à Puerto Aventuras. L'unité de condominium a une vue de l'entrée de la marina de profondeur de l'eau et est à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc principale de Puerto Aventuras.

Cette unité de grand studio de 700 sq. Ft. Est la taille de la plupart des condominiums d'une chambre mais la zone de couchage est pas enfermé comme une chambre qui donne ce condominium un sentiment très ouvert et spacieux. Le salon ouvre sur une terrasse privée avec une double porte coulissante pour profiter de l'océan fantastique brise de cette unité au deuxième étage.

Les condominiums Chac Hal Al ont une grande piscine flambant neuf, avec vue sur la plage et une autre piscine avec cabana donnant sur l'océan. Les condominiums Chac Hal Al ont beaucoup de chaises chaises longues et palapas bord de la piscine et de grandes chaises longues et palapas ombre sur la plage. Il ya aussi des zones de jardin vert pour se détendre tout en admirant sur l'océan.

Le est une société de gestion locale avec le bureau juste à l'extérieur complexe prend soin de tous les détails, y compris la remise des clés, plein copropriété nettoyage deux fois par semaine pendant votre séjour (deux fois par semaine pour location à la semaine), serviettes de bain, serviettes de cuisine, serviettes de plage, savon, et de l'eau en bouteille tous fournis et rafraîchi sans frais.

Immédiatement à côté de Chac Hal Al est le petit Hôtel Omni qui a un bar de plage cool, restaurant de la plage et du centre de remise en forme. Le centre de remise en forme a de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la plage et de nouveaux équipements, de haute qualité. Des massages sont également disponibles
en bord de mer. Chac Hal Al invités sont les bienvenus à l'hôtel Omni et peuvent utiliser le centre de remise en forme pour une somme modique.

Depuis cette Chac Hal Al copropriété bénéficie d'un emplacement en bord de mer, vous ne serez pas faire une promenade à la plage ou se soucier d'obtenir accès à la plage. Accès à la plage à Puerto Aventuras est un problème pour les copropriétaires / clients si elles sont dans un condominium qui est situé au large de la plage. Éviter les tracas, et de rester dans un endroit en bord de mer où vous avez des chaises longues et palapas ombragés pour votre plaisir personnel!

the best features are a beach and 2 pools with an ocean view that is 30 seconds away from the apartment. The only issue was a tub/shower that was leaking from the drain on the floor (next to the tub) every time the water is on. It was solved by a big pot full of water to block it

This property is in dire need of a reno everything in the place is so dated the bed was hard as a rock and so was the couch. The bathroom is falling apart. When you have a shower all the suds come up through the floor. Lightning is terrible in the kitchen. I could go on but I’m sure you get the idea.

Great Location... Wonderful Vibe... Beach is Steps Away...

Chac Hal Al in Puerto Aventuras is a great stay! The complex grounds are cleaned and maintained daily. Perry (the owner) was very helpful and responsive along the way. The condo is perfect for 1-2 people. Disclaimer: I thought the condo was located directly on the beach, but it's a super short 1 min walk (yes 60 seconds!) across the quaint complex so no complaint here. There are beach chairs, umbrella huts, and a great pool overlooking the ocean. Our stay was during "low tourist" season (more hot & humid than usual) so it was less crowded which worked in our favor because it felt like we had the beach and pool to ourselves at times!! AC unit in the condo works great!! Everything you need (general store, restaurants, entertainment, concierge service) is located within the "downtown area" of the gated town of Puerto Aventuras. This "downtown area" is a 3 min walk from the condo. Basically, walk out of Chac Hal Al complex and you are there! Top suggestions: Nauti Burro, The Pub, Latitude 20, and the OXXO general store. We did make a trip to the gas station right outside of town to purchase beer and alcohol because it was cheaper, but definitely worth it- 15 min walk each way or you can get a taxi. Things to keep in mind: bring bug spray (a few days we got bit and some days we did not), the bed is a little too hard for my liking and the furniture is basic. Also, the fitness center that is advertised is actually located at the Omni Hotel (5 min walk) but is currently under construction and closed. The Omni said the new fitness center should open in a month or two. Instead, I went running every morning either around town or on the beach. It was great and I felt very safe as a solo female runner! It was a great stay and I am already looking forward to going back. I would book this condo again in the future!!!

Beautiful beach, nice condo

This was our first time at Puerto Adventuras and Chac Hal Al condos. The condo complex is a tropical beauty and the beach is amazing. The condo was perfect for my husband and me, everything we needed for our 2 week vacation. Perry the owner was wonderful to work with and answered my many questions promptly. We loved being able to walk a short 3-5 minutes to the restaurants, bars and shops. We loved it here and will be back for sure.

Great location and good condo/communication from owner

I had a great time at this location. The pool is just across the way with a beautiful view of the ocean. AC works great, but rarely needed because of nice breeze, and room was sufficiently appointed. Tiny TV does't really do anything but play DVDs, but there are books for you to read. Bed is very hard, but normal for Mexico. Owner is very good with communication. Would definitely stay again. Overall, wonderful place.

Great location

This property was awesome. There is so much to do in Puerto Aventuras that you don't have to leave the area if you don't want to. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 3 minute walk of the condo. There was a handy money exchange as well. I loved that the Dolphin Discovery is right there in the middle of everything so you can watch the dolphins and get good pics without even having to pay for the "excursion". We did deep sea fishing from here. We did take a tax off the property a couple of times. It was an easy trip to Playa del Carmen to explore there and we did on excursion as well. People were friendly. The maid service was great. There were always plenty of towels, both beach and bathroom, which is always nice. Definitely recommend!

One of the best locations in Puerto Aventuras

If you can live with a harbor view in exchange for easy beach access this place is THE BEST. My girlfriend and I stayed as this condo and found it to be a terrific location. We found some of the best snorkeling to be right out in front of the condo complex. You can put your towels on one of the lounges, for condo complex guests only, and just swim about a 100 yards to see some nice coral structure and great fish. My girlfriend saw a turtle and I saw a puffer fish among the thousands of beautiful reef inhabitants. You can walk down the beach and swim out along the first jetty to where the catamarans drop off the 3 hour trip snorkelers. We saw a ray there. The showers by the pool make it easy to enjoy an entire day lounging along the beautiful beach while swimming in either the ocean or the pool. The condo complex was well maintained and security was present. They were friendly, spot-checked us, and had a good visible presence. We never felt unsafe within Puerto Aventuras and especially within the complex. The condo complex is within 5 minutes walking of the "main drag" along the Dolphin Discovery in the complex. The water was turned off one morning but a mention to the guard at the gate rectified the problem. House keeping was thorough and the place cooled very quickly. The boats in the harbor could be heard in the morning but weren't terribly loud. Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes but we just grabbed a drink and ceviche at a restaurant in the harbor. The condo management company let us leave our big bag in the office and nothing went missing. To summarize this place made our vacation amazing. Recommend the complex and recommend this unit. Great for people who know the right way to holiday. I also would recommend the locals restaurant outside the complex across the highway. If you walk out of the complex, take a left, and then go under the highway it's kitty corner (diagonally across). May need to know a little Spanish to order but it's a great reprieve form the tourist restaurants within Puerto Aventuras. Cheers!

Perfect location

This location is a perfect location. It is literally about 1 minutes walk to both the pool and the reserved area of the beach. It is also a very short walk maybe 3 minutes to the restaurants and shops. Perry is great to work with and helped us all along the way. My wife and I had plenty of room and loved visiting this gem. Being on the marina created a great area to get out in early morning for some exercise. We hope to return and recommend this condo without reservation.

Great Studio with perfect location

This studio was all my wife and I needed in PA. We spend most of our time around the pools, beaches and marina which we all right near us. The balcony with BBQ was a perfect spot to cool down after a fun filled day. The cleaning staff were excellent and we had all we required in the condo for preparing any meals. We enjoy walking and the main grocery store was only a 20 minute walk where we would pick up what we needed and carried a freezer bag with us.

Excellent Location in P.A.!!

My wife and I loved the location of this condo with regard to its accessibility to the Chac Hal Al private beach, the P.A. golf course, the dive shops, the Dolphinarium, and the local restaurants surrounding the Dolphinarium. It has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the rear garden area and the marina. The largest pool is less than a 2 minute walk from the condo and there were numerous palapas and chaise lounges available for use most of the time. A short, inexpensive taxi ride will take you to and from the local Chedruai Supermarket to obtain food and liquor items. The only drawback was that there were a few items in the condo that either needed to be repaired or replaced.

Love Chac Hal Al

Chac Hal Al is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beach, the pools, and just have fun. The people are friendly and there is shopping, restaurants, farmer's markets just a couple of blocks away from the condo. We loved walking down to the marina where the fishing boats come in around 2:00 and 5:00. You buy fresh fish right from the boat and it is very reasonably priced. No need for a car. We are looking forward to going back to Chac Hal Al soon! We will definitely go back.

Relaxing and very Beautiful!!!!

My husband and I stayed for 5 days...the condo was perfect and very comfortable. Our view was beautiful. The property is well maintained, loved the pool and the beach. We had no complaints and enjoyed every single day!!! We plan to return very soon!!! Thank you Perry!!

Great spot

To summarize the condo was in a gated community inside the community are hotels,golf,the dolphins,restaurants, marina everything you need. The condo is great,good a/c it was hot out. Comfy bed, could use some better pillows, but we're ok. Very quiet and super convenient. Walk to everything, walk across down a sidewalk to beach and pool. Maybe 60 yards. The patio looks over marina watch boats go in and out. Overall really nice. A few things to do go see the sea lions and dolphins you can watch for free. On beach go to omni bar for a drink. Prices are like in the states but your on vaca. Take a taxi to akumal swim w turtles have breakfast at Buena Vista restaurant you can hang there all day. Anywho I never wanted to leave the condo or Puerto adventures

Great condo in awesome location

We loved our few days at this property. Perry is probably the most responsive owner we have ever dealt with. The pictures posted are very accurate, with the exception of view from back balcony... which is much better than the picture posted on VRBO. Everything worked very well including the Wi-Fi . We walked to the lagoon every morning (90 seconds) and had dolphins and sea lions to ourselves. Speaking of to ourselves, was the same with the beautiful pools and beach ..all 30 second walk. This was our first time not staying at all inclusive but will definitely not be our last. Amazing restaurants less than a two minute walk. On site management was very professional. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Condo in an Excellent Location

We stayed for 4 nights in December at this lovely and relaxing spot after a hectic few days in Cancun. This condo was an excellent place to spend a few days unwinding with a quiet pool and beach (the swimmable beach was about 50m down.) The condo was very clean and well cared for.

Excellent place and very well maintained

We spent 3 weeks at the condo. The condo is very nice with a great location. We enjoyed the pool a lot. Most of the time it was empty. The only bad thing about this area is the beach. The erosion it has suffered is very bad so I hope they do something about it soon. Apart from that I really recommend this place. You can walk to the marina, you will find many restaurants and an OXXO nearby or if you need to buy more groseries I recommend Chedraui at the highway. We also found a good laundry service there (At the Chedraui plaza) if you need it. Also Mr. Perry was very fast responding to all our questions and issues at the condo. We will definitely be returning to this great place!

Beautiful

We spent 7 nights at the condo. Perfect weather and great location. Perry is very easy to work with. We enjoyed both pools and the beach. The marina area has plenty of restaurants and shops. People living/staying at Chac Hal Al were very friendly and helpful. We used the collectivo, about a 10 minute walk, for transportation to attractions, very inexpensive and easy. We are looking forward to returning!

Excellent Stay....great condo, great area!

Myself, husband and my sister spent 11 nights at Perry's condo 9/23/14 - 10/4/14. We had perfect (hot) weather, even though the reports all showed many rainy days-note to self...don't pay attention to the weather predictions! Perry's condo was more than fine for the 3 of us. The pull-out trundle bed was great, since it was moveable, and not attached to the bed itself. The regular queen (?) bed was rather hard, but then again, it's Mexico-seems to be the norm. I actually think the trundle may have been more comfortable! Really though...who cares, you are on vacation in paradise. This was our first stay in PA, having been in the Playa del Carmen, Playacar, Isla de Mujeres, Puerto Morelos areas with prior visits. We liked the slower pace of PA, much more than that of Playa. Prices in PA (restaurants) are comparable to at home - so, rather pricey for Mexico - but the food was good! The beach at Chac Hal Al was decent - not a whole bunch of sandy beach, but enough (unlike next door at Omni - which literally had no beach). Also, the beach water was very nice, crystal clear, shallow, minimal seaweed - all a huge requirement for me! The larger zero entry pool at CHA is awesome. This pool is really large-and really nice. The pics don't really do it justice. Did not even bother going in the other pool, pictures were a bit deceiving on that one - very much smaller than appeared in pics, and kind of needing an update. I don't really think anyone uses that pool! Staff and maintenance at CHA are exceptional. The entire place is well-kept and immaculate. We had a car, and went to El Paraiso beach, Xpu Ha beach as well - great beaches to spend a day at. Cutest baby squirrel, hopped on all of us in front of the condo-jumped from one of us to the other, and we were able to pet him. He really liked grapes, but LOVED watermelon. The Farmer's market is small, but great (in the center of town Wednesdays and Saturdays). We also saw a monkey run across the balcony ledge, and another right up in the tree one time. We weren't quick enough to capture it on film though! Air flow in the condo was great. Really only used the AC one time for a few hours, other than that, kept the ceiling fan on, and opened the huge, dual opening back slider, the window by the bed and front door gave great air flow and circulation. FYI- Coffee pot is of the small variety (4 cup size), you may need to bring (or purchase) dish soap as there was none. All was great!

Great spot

We loved everything about the condo, the location, the owner, I could go on and on. Perry is a great person to work with and was very responsive with my multiple email questions and providing information. The view from the back deck is great. We would just watch the boats go by or enjoy the people walking the walkway or the numerous iguana's that seemed to be everywhere. The Chac Hal Al condos are gated themselves with security seemingly always around. The beach is nice and multiple covered areas allow you to soak in the beach without having to be in the sun all of the time. Both pools are great and the one on the corner (smaller pool) is a little colder which is nice and not as crowded. Also a great place to catch a sunset with a cool drink. Puerto Aventuras is a great place, gated, secure, safe, great restaurants, plenty of activities nearby and in Puerto. The people we met were all great and we made many new friends. A very relaxing location and a very great owner to work with. I will definitely be back and would rent with Perry again. Hands down one of the best vacations I have ever had. Thanks Perry!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Puerto Aventuras is very relaxing and peaceful. The condo complex Chac Hal Al is very spacious with lovely grounds and two wonderful pools each with a different but fantastic view. Safe and secure setting and 2 minutes to restaurants and pubs.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love our terrace/balcony. It is very spacious and is partially covered so you can be on the terrace when it's raining and large portions are shady all day. It's one story up so we leave the sliding doors open for a cool breeze through the condo. We love the privacy of the terrace and spend most of our time enjoying the peace and quiet, watching the birds and the palm trees sway in the breeze.
