This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 1 private bedroom with a full size sleeper sofa in the bedroom & a full size futon comfy sleeper in the living room.
The bedroom includes a king size "purple brand mattress" bed, a full size sleeper sofa and a desk. The living room includes full size futon sleeper couch and a smart TV with plenty of couch sitting room for relaxing.
This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available.
- Guests have access to the entire downstairs, unit A. Entrance is through the side/back door on the driveway side.
- This home allows up to two dogs. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $39 that must be paid prior to arrival. Please contact the Customer Care Team with any questions or if you need to make the payment.
- This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry door.

Guest Access:
Unit A guest enters through private entrance at the side door of the home where the driveway is for parking spaces too. There is a patio screen door and inside the patio is the main entry keyless combo door. Enter with keyless code. Unit A is the entire downstairs space of the house.
