• Your unit door PIN code is provided by us before arrival — Front Desk staff cannot issue or look up PIN codes.
• PIN codes and key fobs may not be shared. The building monitors access and shared credentials may result in loss of access.
• The key fob for common areas is inside the unit. Please leave it in the unit at checkout — a $50 replacement fee applies if missing.
• 100% smoke-free property, including vaping, in units, on balconies, and in all common areas.
• Balconies: no items may be hung from railings, no open flames, and nothing may be thrown or swept over the ledge.
• Building access uses facial recognition and monitored entry systems for security.
• Third-party guests are not eligible for lockout assistance from the Front Desk — contact us directly and we'll coordinate access.
• Packages: the Luxer One locker system and USPS mailboxes are not available to short-term guests. Front Desk staff cannot accept packages.
• Trash: no cardboard or bulky items in the trash chute; break down boxes and take them to the loading dock recycling bin.
