Please note: the “2nd Bedroom” is located in the common space/living area. This is where the additional Queen Bed and Twin Air Mattress are set up, so guests can clearly see the extra sleeping area. This is a traditional 1BR/1BA apartment.

VALET PARKING 🚗🅿️

• One valet parking space included with 24/7 service
(Only one spot is included. The valet garage cannot accommodate a second vehicle. Nearby street parking and a paid lot are available for additional vehicles.)

• The following vehicles are not permitted in the valet garage:
– Vehicles with breathalyzers, faulty brakes, or unsafe controls
– Large vehicles, including sprinter vans, long vans, or vehicles carrying 10+ passengers
– Vehicles exceeding the height limit of 6’8”
– Dually or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or containers
– Vehicles lifted after-market or with oversized custom rims and tires
– Motorcycles or tricycles (unless car-type controls)

• Washer and dryer located inside the unit
• Detergent pods, dryer sheets, and laundry basket provided

• Elevator access with no stairs required to reach the apartment
• Accessible beds (full bed is 20 inches off the ground)

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 🚪🔒

• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later (self check-in, flexible after 4 PM)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property

- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
