This first-floor beachfront condo at Long Beach Resort offers a 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout and location guests love, with panoramic Gulf views, easy access, and plenty of space to relax. The open concept unit, which sleeps 8, is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and opens directly to a large private balcony overlooking the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Panhandle.

​​​​​​​ All three bedrooms offer wide open views of the Gulf. As for the two front bedrooms, one is outfitted with a king bed, fully updated master bath with walk-in shower, Bluetooth shower vent/speaker and lighted mirrors; while the other has two queen beds and a full bathroom with garden tub and updated features. Both have easy access to the large main balcony where you can sit and watch the waves roll in. The main balcony will feature new dining table for four, two loungers and additional seating for your crew.

The other king bedroom also has its own ensuite with a modern walk-in shower, lighted mirrors and Bluetooth shower vent/speaker, more removed from the main area with more privacy and its own personal view of the Gulf on a smaller, private balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub.

All bedrooms feature HDTVs with Direct TV service. The living room is equipped with two full-sized couches and a fireplace to keep you warm in the winter months. An in-unit laundry room, with full-sized washer and dryer, make this condo a great fit for families and longer stays, with plenty of storage for beach toys and chairs.

Construction Notice – Reduced Rates During This Time

Beginning August 4, 2025, a property-wide construction project will be underway. Guests can expect daytime noise and temporary closures of pools and balconies. Rates have been reduced to reflect this. Walkways will remain open during scheduled pressure washing and repairs. Please use caution and follow posted signage.
Work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM (with possible Sunday work)

Walkway Schedule:
• Floors 14–11: August 18 – September 4, 2025
• Floors 10–6: September 5 – April 25, 2025
• Floors 5–1: September 25 – October 14, 2025

Pool Closures:
• East Pool: August 28 – November 28, 2025
• West Pool: October 20, 2025 – March 13, 2026
• Center Pool: November 28, 2025 – January 30, 2026

It features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, and palm tree islands! Two heated pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill (The Hangout, open March to October), and 24-hour gated security. There's plenty of surface parking adjacent to the buildings. The fully equipped and updated fitness center is located on the ground floor of Tower 3 for your convenience. Long Beach Resort is centrally located and within walking distance restaurant, bars, shopping and family-friendly entertainment.
