On this first level, you'll find an inviting oceanfront living room featuring large windows that bring the outside in, providing panoramic views of the beach. Relax on the sectional sofa, which is ideal for cozy movie nights or catching up with loved ones. The living room opens up to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, where you can gather around the table for 6 or enjoy a casual meal at the kitchen bar. A full hallway bathroom is conveniently located next to the first bedroom, complete with a shower and grab bars for ease of use.

The second level features 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a spacious master suite with its own private bathroom and stunning ocean views. Step out directly onto the oceanfront deck to catch a beautiful sunrise or sunset - right from the comfort of your bedroom. The master bathroom offers a tile shower and plenty of space for privacy. The other two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo, making it ideal for all ages. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for entertainment, ensuring everyone can relax in style.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds.Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
