Please note: The unit is located in a renovated historic building, one of the few remaining in central Toronto. Access requires climbing two flights of stairs, each with about 10 steps. Additionally, a lively cocktail bar downstairs may result in some noise late into the evening.

The space
Cozy, spacious and inviting, you’ll feel perfectly at home in this modern 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite. Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, small groups, families and those in town for business.

The has a spacious walk-in closet and queen sized bed. The kitchen and living room area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day sightseeing or working.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for the bed as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that! The bathroom includes a bath and a washer & dryer are also en-suite for guests to use. High speed WiFi is included in the unit as well. There are several paid parking options close by.

Other things to note
You have to be 25 years old to book my place. There is a wine bar downstairs that plays music until 2 AM.

No outside guests are allowed other than up to two people on the reservation.

No Dishwasher

*There is no parking provided in this unit. But there are many secure underground paid parking garage options nearby that are within a 3-minute walk of the building at 211 Adelaide St W. The parking range costs 20-30 dollars a day.
