Guests have use of the entire property.

Other things to note:
Hot tub maximum temperature is 101 degrees. Hot tub has a timer on it and a button will have to pressed every hour to keep the Hot tub heater going.

The pool heater has a maximum temperature of 84 degrees. The pool heater button must be pressed every morning to start the pool heater. The pool heater runs while the pool motor is running which is 8am to 6pm. In the colder evening months it may be take a long time to heat the pool.
