The home offers 3 generous bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for guest use (one additional bedroom and the garage remain locked off). Each space has been designed to balance comfort, practicality, and style:

Master Suite – A peaceful retreat featuring a queen bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and an impressive walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 – Also equipped with a queen bed, ideal for couples or adult guests.
Bedroom 3 – A cozy room with a full bed, perfect for children, teens, or solo travelers.
The heart of the home is the large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, arranged in an L-shaped design that provides a natural sense of separation while still keeping everyone connected. Whether preparing dinner, sharing family meals, or unwinding in front of the TV, the space feels open yet inviting.

A generous laundry room adds convenience for longer stays or guests travelling with families.

Outdoor Relaxation

From the dining area, step out onto the covered porch, furnished with comfortable seating and a coffee table—an ideal spot for morning coffees, evening conversations, or simply enjoying the fresh Texas air. ** This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
