Upstairs has two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other a king bed, that share a bathroom. There are three outdoor areas, a front yard, with bocce ball, a back patio with kitchen access and a upstairs balcony for relaxing in serenity of this lovely family neighborhood.

From the moment you step inside, the soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and rich walnut-textured engineered wood floors set the tone. Recessed lighting, designer fixtures, and 5" trim throughout create a vibe that's equal parts chic and inviting. The open-concept kitchen is a showstopper, featuring tall custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, LG stainless appliances, a farmhouse sink, and gooseneck faucet, perfect for entertaining or everyday elegance.
