Welcome to Sol Serenity, a newly built 4-bedroom, 4-bath retreat offering modern luxury and laid-back coastal living in quiet Inlet Beach. Just 100 steps from the sand and just a few steps from the community pool, this spacious home features four en-suites, two living areas, and breathtaking Gulf views from a large third-floor deck.

The main living area is open and inviting, with contemporary furnishings, a fireplace, and natural light filling the space. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, marble counters, and seating for both casual and formal dining. Upstairs, a second lounge with arcade games and a foosball table opens to the expansive outdoor deck, complete with a grill, dining space, and sweeping Gulf views—ideal for sunset dinners or stargazing.

Great location

There was plenty of room for all 11 of us (7 kids). Location to the beach was great. An easy walk down the street. The pool was really nice and private with the other few residents. Our families really enjoyed the stay.

Steps to the beach

The property was nice. The pool was perfect. Steps from the beautiful beach. The top balcony table was all rusted, so we didnt use and the rug under the table had excess rust from the table on it. The grill is very old too and was hard to light.

Great beach access

New home construction noise right next door, so balcony will not be peaceful or private until that home is completed, even workman on Saturday. Nice large home with all 4 bedrooms separated with their own bath. Short walk to the beach is great.

Property is in need of tender loving care

The property is in desperate need of a detailed cleaning and touch ups all over. When we checked in the refrigerator was not clean and I had to call to have the stove/oven cleaned. The wifi never worked during our stay and all the bathrooms are in need of a deep cleaning.

Sol Serenity could have been better..

I would have liked to give this property more than 3 stars but just could not. The house was very pretty and it had great access to the beach and the pool was very nice. However, the bathrooms were not that clean there was mold in the showers, and the toilets could have been a little cleaner too. The sofas had stains on them and the throw pillows also had stains. The beds were not that comfortable either. There was no shade on the front door which was mostly glass so you can see in. I called the day we arrived and the office told me there would be someone out that day to take care of it, but no one ever showed up. The grill on the 3rd floor balcony did not work and the loaner grill did not have enough propane so we could not use it but once. The table and chairs on the 3rd floor balcony was old and very uncomfortable, the cushions were thin and worn. When you spend that much money on a place to stay you should expect it to be clean and comfortable, I would not stay at this place again.

Reason not to use VRBO

Good location lousy maintenance. Dryer didn't work and it took them five days to get it fixed, grill should have been trashed years ago, electricity malfunction on third floor balcony and all they did was turn off the breaker. Avoid VRBO!

We Loved this property. Plenty of space. Internet was down for a few days, management did everything they could to fix it. Really close to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location!

We enjoyed Sol Serenity with another family. The top floor was our favorite spot, with a balcony overlooking the beach and a play room for the kids to play. The only issue we had was that the outside trash cans were completely full when we arrived. Management said they would come out and take care of it but did not. Cats got in to our trash since there was no can to place it in. It also would have been nice to have hangers in the closets. We loved the beach, with a bunch of kids it’s nice to just have a quick easy 5 min walk to the beach with all the gear!

Enjoyable Property

My family enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at the Sol Serenity property very much. It was ideal for all our needs. The property was clean and well-stocked with all we needed to have a great time together. Our three granddaughters really loved the upstairs bunkbeds and their own private space to hang out together. We also liked the close proximity to the beach. We could just walk from the unit without having to put all the equipment in a car. The bicycles that were at the rental made it easy and convenient when we wanted to explore the area. We are definitely looking at staying at Sol Serenity for our future family gatherings.

Amazing

We had an amazing time! The house looked just like the pictures and it was really great having a master downstairs for my mother-in-law! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The beach was steps away and the pool and bikes were added bonuses! We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible views! Incredible location!

This was our second year at sol serenity and we will be back next year. Love the location and size of the house. Great service by Brenden. You won't be disappointed. Bikes 4U was awesome to work with when my wife wanted a basket on her bike. Saxon took care of it immediately. Living Well 30A took care of our beach set up needs exactly like we asked. Inlet Beach is the place to come for great beaches and not so crowded beaches as well.

Ideal Location & Exactly as Advertised

Our family loved this home. It is close to the beach and had easy quick access to the pool. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. We will definitely stay at Sol Serenity again!
