Tucked beneath towering pines in the heart of Big Bear Lake’s sought-after Fox Farm neighborhood, Pinecone Den offers the kind of mountain escape that feels both cozy and thoughtfully refined. This single-level, two-bedroom, two-bath cabin blends classic alpine charm with modern comforts, creating a relaxed home base for couples, families, or friends looking to slow down and reconnect with nature.
Mornings begin quietly here. Sunlight filters through the trees as you brew a cup of coffee in the fully equipped kitchen and settle in at the rustic bar top or step outside to breathe in the crisp mountain air. The neighborhood is peaceful and wooded, yet you’re only minutes from Big Bear Lake, the village, ski slopes, and year-round outdoor adventures—close enough for convenience, far enough to feel removed.
Inside, the living space invites you to unwind at your own pace. Sink into comfortable seating, light the wood-burning fireplace, and let the soft crackle of the fire set the tone for the evening. A record player adds a nostalgic touch, perfect for slow nights indoors after a day on the slopes or trails. Thoughtful details throughout the cabin create an atmosphere that feels warm, personal, and easy to settle into.
Both bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings and queen beds, offering a restful retreat at the end of the day. The bathrooms have been recently renovated with spa-inspired finishes and full-size showers, providing a calm, refreshed start—or finish—to each day. With flexible sleeping options and a single-level layout, the home works well for small groups and families alike.
Step outside and the experience truly opens up. The fully fenced backyard is spacious, private, and surrounded by pines—ideal for kids to play, dogs to roam, or everyone to gather together. Sink into the new hot tub beneath the stars, warm up around the fire pit with a blanket and a drink, or enjoy outdoor meals at the dining table after grilling. Yard games like cornhole add a playful touch, while the quiet forest setting keeps things peaceful and unhurried.
Pinecone Den is pet-friendly, family-friendly, and designed for comfort in every season. With high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, driveway parking, and easy keyless entry, everything you need is already in place—so you can focus on enjoying Big Bear the way it’s meant to be experienced.
