Start your day off with a morning walk along the sandy beach, a dip in the pool, or a stroll across the street to the Grove Surf Cafe. With a balcony that overlooks the pool and beach, you'll end your days with a breathtaking, picture-perfect Florida sunset across the ocean horizon every evening. Book now and don't miss out on this unforgettable rental!
Kitchen: Refrigerator/freezer w/ water dispenser, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, 4-slot toaster, drip & Keurig coffee makers, blender, electric mixer, and crockpot. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining: Dining table with seating for 6.
Living Room: Leather sofa and loveseat, TV, a Blu-ray player, books & board games, ceiling fan, and sliding glass door to the balcony with a direct view of the pool and beach.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, TV, dresser, end tables, ceiling fan, closet, sliding door to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Toilet, sink w/ plenty of counter space, hair dryer, and standing shower with detachable shower head. No tub.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, TV, bedside tables w/lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and closet.
Bathroom 2: Toilet, sink, hair dryer, and shower/tub combo with detachable showerhead.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and closet. No TV.
Outdoors: Beachside pool with hot tub, two gas grills, plenty of sun loungers, and direct beach access.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot labeled 403. There is limited guest parking, which is on a first come first serve basis. Parking passes required.
