The Space:

Snowberry Retreat blends mountain charm with modern luxury—an inviting escape where forest views, reclaimed wood touches, and generous gathering spaces create the perfect place to unwind and reconnect.



Inside, soaring ceilings and walls of reclaimed barnwood set a warm, rustic tone. The great room centers around a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Whether curled up with a good book or enjoying a movie on the 80-inch smart TV, every corner feels designed for comfort.

The open kitchen invites conversation and creativity, featuring stainless steel appliances, a six-burner range, and seating for everyone at the large dining table and island. It’s the kind of kitchen that makes both cooking and sharing meals easy and memorable.



When it’s time to play, head to the game room—a favorite for all ages—with a pool table, shuffleboard, classic Mrs. Pac-Man, Galaga, Fast & Furious arcade games, air-hockey and another TV for game-day gatherings. Pool table and air hockey will be set up by March 1. Upstairs, a second TV lounge offers a quiet spot for kids or guests who’d prefer a different movie or show. The custom bunk room, built entirely with reclaimed barnwood and featuring full-over-full bunks, makes bedtime part of the adventure.

The Neighborhood:

Snowberry Retreat is located within Suncadia Resort which is known for its beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and incredible outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, with trails starting right outside your door. Three golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks and playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, horse-back riding, river rafting, fly fishing and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.

Non-refundable Credit Card Processing Fee: In the event of a cancellation, a 4% credit card processing fee (charged by the payment processor) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.



This home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the level of decibels and number of devices. It does not record or listen to any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!



Strict No Pet Policy: Guests who bring pets will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250, and they will be responsible for any damage no matter how large or small.



SUNCADIA AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

* Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, and more.

* Ice Skating, snow tubing, Nordic Skiing weather permitting

* Equipment rentals (e-bikes, bikes, scooters, paddleboards, etc) Restrictions include:

* Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool, which are reserved exclusively for members. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.

* Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
