Beautiful accommodations with a perfect location for easy access to many venues.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for an event at the polo grounds. The home was in beautiful condition and lovely appointments. Would love to stay there again and would highly recommend.

Susie, the owner, was responsive and friendly. Shana, the Property Manager, is fantastic! The Indian Palms Country Club is quite nice and the house is lovely.

Great Location

This place is fabulous. Exactly like it is described. The communications with everyone was awesome. The home has the best layout. Its right on the golf course. I would definitely stay again when im in the desert.

Great Place

This place was great. House was clean and had everything you need. House was bigger than I expected based on pictures. The layout is great and use of garage was a bonus. The community is very quiet. Check in and check out was super easy. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back next year.

We had a group of 8 stay here for Coachella weekend 2 and it was great! The house was very nicely furnished and fit our group comfortably. The house location was almost perfect to walk to Coachella. Susie was extremely helpful before, throughout and after my stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend travelers coming to Indio to book with Susie.

Perfect Group House for an Indio Getaway

My friends and I were in town for Coachella, and found this house to be perfect. It was conveniently located, felt larger than the pictures originally looked, and was spacious. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice amount of space for a family get away or friends getaway. Never had a need to contact Susie after arriving, house was perfect, clean, and well organized.

Wonderful home and vacay rental everything was in order the neighborhood was nice and te neighbors were also pleasant as well.very spacious and quiet and a overall great experience. My kids enjoyed the frogs and ducks something we don’t get to experience in the inner city.I’ll definitely be back to visit again

Great house and great location!!

We were in town for a tournament and found this property. What a great find!! This house is beautiful and had more than enough space for us. Owner was always available and very responsive..even though we didn’t need anything. Wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy it all. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

Amazing home and wonderful experience!

I've rented on this site many times in the past, and this was probably the best experience I've had staying at a home. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs and questions. She made me feel very welcomed, and made everything easy and memorable. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well maintained and clean. It has many amenities, essentially everything we needed. It was a very close walk to the festival grounds. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and plan to stay here again.

Excellent housing experience for the festival seaoson

Had a great time staying at the house for one of the festivals. The house is as represented and is great for any group. The beds in the house are all very comfortable and we were able to get good rest and really enjoyed the entire property. In addition, we had a great experience with the owner. She was very responsive and easy to work with when there was some slight miscommunication on my part. The owner made check in/out very as easy as possible and even welcomed us with a nice cold six pack!

Short walk to the Polo Grounds

I stayed here for Desert Trip Weekend 2. The house is a short walk from the Polo Grounds - nothing like a pleasant walk home under the stars after the music is done for the day. The house is the perfect size for a small group, with three large (and comfy) beds. There is a shopping plaza with a grocery store just outside of the development, so it's super easy to stock up on supplies. The house has all of the pots/pans/etc that you'll need to cook your own meals. The owner is very easy to communicate with, and welcomed us with a six pack in the fridge. Just the thing we needed after getting in late from a long flight. Would definitely stay here again!

Inviting, Comfortable, and Good Floor Plan

The floor plan is ideal for multiple adults, with spacing of master and additional bedrooms on opposite sides of the home, and 3 full baths. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, with a great view of the golf course and mountain back drop from the living area and master bath. We did not utilize the kitchen amenities beyond snacks so did not fully explore. Check in/out was easy. Owner is very responsive. A great experience overall. Note: Master shower is very tall (a plus for most). If you are on the shorter side, the side spray from the shower tends to be at face level. A new head may alleviate this slight inconvenience. The master bathtub was a lovely plus for relaxation.
