This is a safe neighborhood, and mins. from the Loop 303 Highway to easily get around the Phoenix valley.

SLEEPING SETUP:
1 King Room - ceiling fan, streaming TV, noise machine, charging lamps, blackout curtains, full-length mirror. Ensuite bath has walk-in stone shower, dual sinks, makeup mirror, starter supplies, blow dryer, large closet and shoe rack, robe, jewelry storage, hiking backpacks.

2 Queen Rooms - ceiling fans, TV’s, robes, mirrored closet doors, shoe racks, blackout curtains, noise machines. Shared bathroom has dual sinks, tub/shower combo, makeup mirror, blow dryer, starter supplies.

Den has plush queen sleeper couch with bedding - sleeps 1-2. Blackout curtains and two 6ft privacy screens for open doorway if used as a bedroom.

Queen Inflatable mattress with bedding - sleeps 1-2 - (Stored in primary closet)

Two large sectionals could each sleep two people (for overflow). Large blankets in ottoman and extra pillows in closets - sleeps 4.

LITTLES:
Portable crib has waterproof mattress cover, jersey knit sheets and soft fuzzy baby blanket. High chair, sippy cups, plastic child dishes & eating utensils, outlet covers and high locks on front and patio doors, plus patio door alarm for pool safety.

INSIDE THE HOUSE:

Front Living Room:
Comfortable sectional and chairs for a large group to chat, or play a game on the large dining table for six.

Back Family Room:
A second hang out space with large sectional and storage ottoman with cozy blankets - the perfect place to put your feet up and stream a movie or watch a DVD with soundbar. (No cable TV) Enjoy the book selection with many to help plan your next AZ hike or day trip adventure.

KITCHEN: Dining table for 4 + 2 barstools.
Fully stocked with Keurig K-Duo machine (carafe and K-pods), bean grinder, French press, milk frother, starter K-pods and ground coffee, stevia, tea, kettle, blender, toaster, cocktail set, barware and wine glasses, dishes and silverware for 12+, coffee mugs, travel mugs, Instant Pot (slow cooker crockpot/sauté/pressure cooker in one), air fryer, Cuisinart stainless cookware, veggie spiralizer, hand mixer, bakeware and glass pie dishes, pizza tray, cast iron skillet, ceramic frying pan, serving trays, platters, charcuterie and cheese boards.

Plastic wrap, foil, parchment paper, storage containers and storage baggies, chopping boards, mixing bowls and baking dishes, glass pitcher, large oven roasting pan with lid, turkey baster.

You can enjoy a holiday dinner here-white table runner and white cloth napkins for 12, multiple placemats, plenty of white serving dishes. Some basic Christmas decorations in garage and small 4’ tree on utility room shelf-please use if desired.

DEN/OFFICE:
Very fast Wi-Fi, HDMI connector, 27” monitor, mouse & keyboard, large desk pad, some basic office supplies, surge protector, desk and charging lamp. View to pool.

Enjoy the Pickleball set for 4 with 16 lit courts to play for free nearby at Surprise Community Park. Enjoy a YouTube workout or stretch by the pool with the extra thick Yoga mat, ab flexor discs, exercise ball, and weight set (3,5 & 8lbs.)

2 bikes and helmets available for use in garage. (No helmets required in AZ, but recommended)

OUTSIDE BACKYARD:
This is your paradise! The sparkling Pebbletech pool INCLUDES HEAT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Deepest end is only 5'. Many options to float, water corn hole, sun shelf is perfect for toddlers, optional alarm on slider for child safety. 2 loungers and 2 infinity chairs, 2 portable chairs in garage can be added for larger groups outside. Turf putting golf game. Weekly pool cleaning included. Heat set to 88 - host will give further instructions on how to adjust.

Sparkling turquoise glass fire-pit has 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy off the patio while you wait for your ribs to be done on the Weber Grill.

ACCESSIBLE HANDI-CAPABLE:

Walker access into house by front door or garage (stack 2 doormats). Shower seat and sturdy toilet chair in garage, plus lift massage armchair in living room. Primary shower is walk-in and has handheld attachment.

For walker access to outside, move 4 spare pavers stacked by BBQ in front of the patio doorway to form a riser with 2" drop. *No lift or handles for pool accessibility.

SAFETY/SECURITY:

For your safety, there is a Ring front doorbell, and a driveway camera. There are no cameras in the back yard or interior of the home anywhere. We have added high locks on both doors, plus a chime for pool safety on the patio slider door, which you can turn off easily if not needed. All Carbon & Smoke Detectors, fridge water filter and air filters are checked and changed twice annually. We have Hero Fire Blankets in the Laundry, under Kitchen Sink and by BBQ as well as fire extinguishers and two First Aid Kits.
