We’re excited to share that a brand-new in-ground pool is being added to the property and will be ready for guests starting May 1, 2026.

Extended over a prominent corner lot in a highly sought-out area, this sprawling ocean-view estate features unparalleled architectural design, luxurious amenities and endless coastal charm. Constructed with a multi-generational family dynamic in mind, the primary structure boasts a reverse floor plan allowing for unobstructed ocean views throughout while the adjoining carriage home can provide for an isolated escape filled with peace and serenity. This fully furnished home offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for 24, with no amenities spared!

On the first floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom, full bath, full laundry room, full gourmet chef’s kitchen and open dining and living spaces that are professionally designed and appointed for comfort and enjoyment. The game room with its own dry bar, wine and beverage center and large screen smart TV provides a fun and functional space for extra curricular fun and entertainment.

Just one floor up, this level boasts five spacious bed/flex rooms, four full baths including two en-suites displaying intricate tile setting designs and mosaics. For additional convenience, you'll find the second of three full laundry rooms and extended access to the covered deck, where you can enjoy panoramic ocean views.

The top floor is the pinnacle of the design and a true "showstopper" featuring a massive living area that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The top-of-the-line kitchen is a chef’s dream and is equipped with top-tier appliances, solid granite tops, oversized standing refrigerator/freezer, sleek wet bar, commercial ice machine and another full bath. Step outside onto the deck to take in the stunning ocean views.

The loft on Bay provides our guests with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and dish soap.

In an effort to reduce cleaning and minimize the sand brought into the house during your stay, we would sincerely appreciate it if our guests would remove their shoes and sandals at the bottom of the stairs OR at the main entrance door.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY SMOKING/VAPING, PETS, OR PARTIES/PRIVATE EVENTS AT THE PROPERTY. Please be aware, any extra charges we incur from our cleaning company to get rid of smoke smell will be taken out of your damage deposit.
