Sitting atop one of the highest dunes and nestled in the heart of the town of Emerald Isle, its all about the views and amenities at this updated 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom island getaway. It offers expansive direct south facing ocean front views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from east to west, with a large oceanfront pool , hot tub, and very spacious oceanfront Trex deck. The home was originally set up as duplex, but now is offered as single family rental!

This means TWO kitchens, TWO family rooms, and TWO laundry rooms each with a washer/dryer set.

The POOL can also be **HEATED** at an additional cost. Please inquire in advance of your stay if interested to get pricing for the number of nights!

A covered gazebo leads to the private beach access.

The private oceanfront pool and hot tub with arguably one of the best views they can offer, overlooking the ocean as far as you can see , with views of the pier in the distance.

Both sides are connected by an interior door in the main living area. So stay separated, or open up for access to both sides of the home. Great for large groups and family gatherings.

There are two full kitchens and two family rooms in this home, one on each side.

Overall, EACH side hosts:

Master bedroom, with its own private large bathrooms and an amazing personal oceanfront balcony overlooking the deck, with unobstructed views of the island as far as the eye can see.
Upstairs Queen bedroom
Upstairs bunk bed room with two sets of twin bunks (4 beds in room).
Downstairs Queen room on main living level near the kitchen, with a connecting full bathroom.

The master bedrooms on both sides have their own bathroom with tub and shower. The other bedrooms upstairs share a full hallway bathroom. The downstairs queen bedrooms have a connecting bathroom, that shares a door with the main living space.

Convenient spacious laundry rooms with washer and dryer on each side.
There is also a gas grill on each side.
The outdoor space with a gorgeous view here is simply stunning!

Spent Labor Day weekend and celebrated my birthday with my family at this home! It was perfect for what we needed! We did have an issue with the ceiling leaking HOWEVER our host came in next day and handled it! Which was very appreciated we didn’t have to worry about it for the rest of our stay. We will definitely return to this estate! It made us LOVE Esmerald Isle. Rooms and house is beautiful and so much deck furniture! Very happy with our stay and memories shared in this beautiful home!

The house is amazing. The pool is bigger then most you will find and hot tub was perfect. The rooms where very nice. The kitchens were well stocked and everything was super clean. Every part of the house was well maintained and comfortable. Grateful to have found this house for our family.

Such an amazing week as the best beach house ! Such an easy path to the beach and the pool and deck area were the biggest I’ve ever seen for a house rental here. The hot tub was used more than expected and the balcony provided the most breath taking views. The kitchen was used all week and was so well stocked with supplies to cook all the meals. Two laundry areas was also nice with such a large group. Definitely hoping to be able to book next summer! The host was also so responsive and helpful. We had an issue with a thermostat and it was fixed and backed to working within an hour ! Can’t say enough good things about our experience

It was an amazing weekend with our son getting married. We hosted a breakfast for family and was pleased with a full kitchen stocked on both sides. The location and the view are outstanding. The house needs some bathroom upgrade, but other than that we were very pleased with our stay at Pinnacle.

This was a family trip with our grown children and grandchildren. The views from the living room deck and upper decks were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with many of the essentials and then some. Pool and surrounding deck was awesome. Despite a couple of hiccups with the pool and hot tub heat (which were corrected within minutes of contacting the host Stephanie) everyone truly enjoyed those amenities. Thank you for allowing us to share and make wonderful memories at The Pinnacle!

This home's location was perfect and the home accommodated my large family of children, grandchildren and me. We celebrated Thanksgiving with walks on the beach, some beach football, warming up in the hot tub and of course, turkey and all the fixins'. Plenty of room for my whole crew. Couldn't ask for a better spot. We hadn't been to Emerald Isle for a very long time so we enjoyed seeing all the changes.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our family had a wonderful time at this vacation home. Plenty of room , and the mattresses was nice ! That’s hard to find in vacation property. Had a problem with the upstairs air when we arrived , but it was fixed in the same day . Enjoy the location , the pool was a nice , and we had a blast

Perfect location!

We booked the Pinnacle for our annual family beach trip and it was perfect!! There were plenty of bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was perfect for the kids and the hot tub was just what the adults needed. Highly recommend this property and we hope to make this our annual rental!

Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the location and property. Such a beautiful spot. House is likely in need of renovation as some amenities are dated/need of repair but I believe it was reflected in the price of the property. Would stay there again!

This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. Deck space was plenty for our group to spread out. Great ocean view and nice, clean beach. The two kitchens was a nice plus (especially the two refrigerators- one for food, one for beverages. Would happily stay here again.

Thanks so much for a lovely stay! We really loved the nice bright house, the open setup between sides, the pool, and hot tub. Especially loved the sofa on the West Side! And the ocean was spectacular as always. It's a wonderful place overall.

Great property! Everyone enjoyed the house, the pool and the beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spacious with great views. Two kitchens made it so easy for us to prepare meals for the whole gang. Owners were very responsive every step of the way.

Amazing location and house for family reunion

Fantastic location, we all enjoyed being on the beach and using the pool and hottub. House well appointed and allowed for different age groups to relax. A suggestion would be to power wash the carport area by the driveway and also the trash cans. Thank you for a wonderful setting for great family memories!

Family Getaway

My extended family came down for what might be the last time we will all get together and rented a bunch of houses near each other. This home was far and away the best place and quickie became the gathering place for all. It is spacious, clean, nicely located and the Ocean views are unmatched! We were blessed to find this place and will ABSOLUTELY return!

Fantastic spring stay

We had a wonderful time at The Pinnacle. This was our family’s second stay at this home - both trips have been fantastic. The house is well-equipped for a large group, spacious, and very comfortable. The multi-level deck and large, heated pool are exceptional, and the views from the balcony and deck can’t be beat. The hosts are gracious and responsive. We hope to be back again soon!

"Family Memories, Family Fun with Fabulous Ocean Views"

Our family has been going to the Emerald Isle area for over 30 years and "The Pinnacle" has the best view of the ocean we have ever stayed at. You can be on any floor of the home and have an amazing view. The pool and hot tub were marvelous. The home was clean and had all the kitchen utensils, bedding and toiletries we needed. "Best value in Emerald Isle".Looking forward to our next visit.

Best View on the Beach

We loved this house so much we barely left the house. We spent our entire week going back and forth from the beach and pool all day. We loved being able to see the ocean from the pool area and hot tub. We also enjoyed the short walk to the pier and Sunset Slush. We had ages 4 to 82 and everyone had a great time!!!
