Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly
