Peaceful and private detached home in North San Diego County built in 2023. One bedroom plus work space. Vaulted ceilings. Heat and A/C in the bedroom & great room. Private patio to watch the sunset. Designated parking spot. Pickleball court time available onsite.

Popular Brengle Terrace Park is nearby with frisbee golf, tennis, pickleball and basketball. Also walk to local botanical gardens, Senior Center and Moonlight Amphitheater. Breweries, restaurants, theater all close.

Other things to note
This is a semi rural area with winding streets and large lots. Vista is known for great weather. Only 10 miles to beautiful beaches in Carlsbad and Oceanside. You can enjoy sunset views from the front, back and the large picture window in the great room. There is a Ring doorbell at the front porch. Guest will be given access to that Ring video.
