Space includes a first floor bedroom with bath, fully stocked kitchen, large dining space, open living room with fireplace , media and bright 3 season sunporch.

The principle bedroom en suite privately accessed on second floor. Upper landing has quiet workspace and lounge area.

There are 2 bedrooms and bath, second living space on the lower level with entertainment area and second TV. This space is light and bright with 2 glass entry doors and provides quiet workspace or play area perfect for kids,

The upper deck looks out over private yard and is furnished for early morning sunshine. The landscaped patio with teak furniture, weber grill and expansive flat yard is private and serene. Our 3 season sunporch is perfect for morning coffee or after beach relaxation.

Walk easily to Warren's landing (12 minute walk, 5 minute bike) Eel Point, Maria Mitchell property (trails are accessible from our neighborhood) and 40th Pole beaches. Madaket Beach 1.8 miles, Starbuck Beach 1.0 mile and accessible by an easy bike ride.

Full use of community private tennis, pickleball and basketball courts included in stay.
