Designed with both comfort and connection in mind, this private estate offers space to spread out, relax, and come together — without ever feeling crowded.

Outdoors, enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, 4-person barrel sauna, and two spacious decks with outdoor dining, gas firepits, and a grill — perfect for long evenings and group meals. Inside, you’ll find a dedicated theater room, game room, and fitness/yoga space, offering something for everyone, day or night.

The home features 8 private bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 20 guests with a mix of 7 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed, plus a queen sofa bed. Multiple living areas allow your group to flow easily between shared moments and quiet downtime.

The fully equipped main kitchen and secondary kitchenette make it easy to cook, cater, or host group meals, while two stocked coffee bars help mornings run smoothly. High-speed WiFi, smart TVs, keyless entry, and thoughtful design touches throughout ensure a seamless stay.

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire home and property during their stay. This includes all 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, indoor living spaces, theater room, game room, fitness/yoga room, and both the main kitchen and secondary kitchenette.

Outdoor amenities — including the swimming pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, decks, outdoor dining areas, grill, and firepits — are all for guest use and are not shared with anyone else.

Entry is via keyless smart lock, and check-in is fully self-guided. Detailed access instructions and check-in information will be provided prior to arrival.

There are no shared spaces on the property.

Parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles.

Certain owner closets or utility areas may be locked for storage.

We can be reached easily via the VRBO app and are responsive throughout your stay for questions, recommendations, or assistance. In the rare event something needs attention, we have local support available to help as quickly as possible.
