The Space:

This single-level house boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 feature luxurious king-size beds, providing ample space and comfort for a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-size bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests.

The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, designed for culinary adventures. It includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The living room provides a cozy space to relax and unwind, while the dining room offers an elegant setting for meals.

Step outside to the private pool with spa jets (spool), where you can enjoy the California sun or activate the jets and heater for a spa-like experience. The backyard and front yard offer additional outdoor space to enjoy the desert views.

A convenient garage and laundry room complete the amenities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Guests also have access to a half bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor spaces, the private backyard, private pool, and fire pit. Guests will also have access to the Floresta community amenities, including the shared resort-style pool.

Check-in is self-service via a lockbox, with access codes provided prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The home is situated in Gated Floresta which is a newer community in La Quinta - a prime location at the corner of AVE 52 and Jefferson, across the street from SilverRock Resort and a bike ride away from all of the shopping and dining in charming Old Town La Quinta. This beautiful property has a large floral basin and walking trail behind the home, which means this home also has the gorgeous SOUTH Mountain View everyone wants!

★ Do we have a private pool? ★

Yes. The home features a private pool exclusively for guest use with spa-style jets (spool), as well as access to a community pool across the street.



★ Is pool heating available? ★

Yes, pool heating is available for a $60 fee per day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped at $1000 per month. The pool also has spa jets that can create a hot tub–like experience when the heater and jets are activated using the pool remote. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues.



★ Are pets allowed? ★

No. Pets are not allowed due to owner allergies.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Up to 2 vehicles in the garage. Up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking allowed



★ Are there noise restrictions? ★

Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No amplified music or excessive noise is allowed at any time.



★ Are parties or events allowed? ★

No. Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the approved occupancy are strictly prohibited.
