The Rousseau Pool House is a private and tranquil retreat nestled in the Irish Channel neighborhood. This pool house offers a blend of historic charm and modern comfort, featuring a private pool and large backyard, comfortable living space, and a thoughtfully designed, luxury interior. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this property provides a serene oasis for unwinding after exploring the city's vibrant attractions.

Located in a walkable neighborhood, you'll find easy access to local dining, entertainment, and cultural landmarks, allowing you to immerse yourself in the authentic New Orleans experience. We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We have quiet hours in place (beginning at 8PM on weeknights and 10PM on weekends).
